Determination of Fluorescent Brightener OB by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

  • 摘要: 本文建立了高效液相色谱测定荧光增白剂OB,即2,5-双(5-叔丁基-2-苯并唑基)噻吩的方法.采用YWGC18色谱柱,四氢呋喃-水(67:33V/V)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,紫外检测波长360nm,柱温40℃,分离时间少于11min.应用于工业产品的测定,结果满意.

     

    Abstract: A simple, rapid and accurate method for the quantitative determination of fluorescent brightener OB, 2, 5-bis-(5-t-butylbenzoxazolyl)-thiophene, by HPLC is described. An YWG C18 colum was used and an eluent of 67% tetrahydrofuran-wter at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min was seleced. The separation was performed in less ha 11min at 40℃ and detected at UV 360nm. The method has been used to test industrial sample with satisfactory results.
