Factors Influencing Greyness Measurement of Bio-issues

  • 摘要: 本文在MIAS-300型图象分析仪上对影响生物图象灰度测量的因素进行了探讨,发现显微光照强度、增益校正值(Gain)和半灰度门限分割值等(T2)均可影响灰度测量结果,并直接影响到生物样品化学成份的定量分析,这些因素应引起测试者的高度重视.

     

    Abstract: Microsopic greyness of bio-issues is widely applied in the field of biological medicine.In this study, using MIAS-300 (Image Analyzer System),we explored the factors inflluencing the greynees of biological issues.Teh results of our study indict that all the microsopic light intensity, Gain values and threshold values influence the measurement results and the quantitative analysis of chemical components of biological samples directly. Therefore, we suggest that the researchers attach much more importance to there influencing factors in their greyness of bio-issues.
