Abstract: According to authors experiences on operating electron microscope for many years conclusions are drawn that the key factors to do work well are familiarizing oneself very well with the improving experimental methods consistly and keeping the instrument in good maintenance regularly.Besides, by publicizing widespreadly,discussing deeply into the matter with the client and teaching more people to operate the instrument one make full use of the analytical electron microscope and get more and more edal and economic benefit.
