几种抗感染药与金属离子配位的机理研究

Coordination Study of Complexes of Transition Metal Ions(Fe3+), Cd2+) with Anti-infectives

  • 摘要: 通过测定甲氟哌酸、茶碱与过渡金属离子Fe(Ⅲ)、Cd(Ⅱ)在不同条件下的荧光强度变化来揭示抗感染药、嘌吟与金属离子形成配合物的配位点,从而确定所形成配合物的结构,并讨论了溶液pH值对抗感染药的荧光强度的影响.此外,还对金属离子与抗感染药物体系进行了荧光偏振的研究.

     

    Abstract: The coordination point and structure of complex of anti-infectives and theophylline with the transition metal ions are determined by the fluorescence under different conditions.The effect of pH values on fluoresence strength was studied and the fluorescencepolarizing angle of complexes studied.
