Determination of Organic Acids in Wine with GC-MS

  • 摘要: 用树脂将葡萄酒中有机酸吸附分离后,在不洗脱的情况下直接酯化,然后进行色质联用分析,共测出葡萄酒中19种有机酸。方法新颖、快速、简便、有效。

     

    Abstract: A rapid and simple GC-MS method has has developed for determining trace organic acids in wine.Acids are extracted and enriched at first on an anion exchange resin and in-situ esterified with ethanol.The esters are then analyzed with GC-MS. By this way,19 acids are characterized in wine samples.
