Superox系列固定相是性能优良的氢键型固定相,适用于脂肪醇分析。非极性固定相OV—1柱,经减活处理后亦适宜醇类异构体分离。考察了C1～C2异构醇的36个组分在OV—1柱和Superox 0.6柱上的保留行为、柱效和极限温度,结果表明,两种柱对醇都有很好的分离效能,OV—1柱柱效及柱温极限高,除了戊醇-3和戊醇-2是重叠峰外,其余组分间都有一定分离度,其分离顺序基本上是根据组分的沸点,包括特别难分离的3-甲基丁醇-1/2-甲基丁醇-1亦能分开。Superox 0.6柱的柱温极限较低,只能分开C18以下的醇,它的分离主要是基于氢键作用力,所以它有独特的选择性和不同的流出模式,对正构醇有较长保留值,而对位阻效应大的异构醇保留值明显减少。
The chromatographic behavior of 36 kinds of aliphatic alcohols were studied with OV-1 and Superox 0.6 cross-linking capillary columns. Results showed both columns with good resolution for the alcohols. The OV-1 column could separate the alcoholic components except the 3-pentanol/2-pentanol pair, it revealed a higher column efficiency and temperature limit, the separation was following close to the boiling point of the components. The efficiency and temperature limit of the Supemx 0.6 column was lower than OV-1. Owing to the separation of the Superox 0.6 is based on the H-bonding interaction, so that it revealed its own unique selectivity and different retention characteristics, the retention time to primary alcohols were longer, but, to tertiary alcohols were obviously reduced due to its steric hindrance.
