光波导超微量池光学组件的研究

Study on an Optical Device of Optical Waveguide Ultramicro-Cuvette

  • 摘要: 光波导超微量池光学组件是由柱面透镜、波导板样品池、球面反射镜等组成,将它配置于进口荧光分光光度计上,可使样品量减少到0.05mL,可以减少样品的2次光吸收,可避免样品的光分解,提高了仪器的信噪比.

     

    Abstract: Optical waveguide ultramicro-cuvette is an optical device that is made up of cylindrical lens, a sample cuvette of waveguide plate and spherical reflector prism. That it was fitting out with a spectrofluorophotometer(HitachiF-4000) can decreas amounts of sampleto 0 05mL and quadric light absorption from sample. It can avoid photodecomposition of sample too and increase signal-to-noise ratio of instrumet.
