Spectrophotometric Determination of NO2- with 5-Br-PADAP and SCN-

  • 摘要: 研究了在硫酸介质中5BrPADAP与NO2-和SCN-形成三元离子缔合物的最佳条件,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε550=2.4×104L/(mol·cm),缔合物组成比为n(5BrPADAP):n(NO2-):n(SCN-)=1:1:1.提供了测定微量NO2-离子的新方法,应用于环境水体中微量NO2-离子的测定,结果较为满意。

     

    Abstract: The ion association system of protonated 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP) SCN- and NO2- inH2SO4 medium was studied. The molar absorptivity is 2.4×104 L/(mol·cm) and the composition ratio of n((5-Br-PADAP):n(NO2-):n(SCN-) is 1:1:1. The method can be used for determining trace NO2- in waters.
