Determination of Volatile Halogenated hydrocarbons in Water by Purge-and-Trap Gas Chromatography

  • 摘要: 研究建立了吹扫-捕集法富集样品,利用HP-1大口径厚液膜通用型熔融石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 m×2.65μm),ECD检测器,测定水中10种挥发性卤代烃的方法,确定了最佳吹扫-捕集条件.结果表明:水样体积为5mL时,标准偏差在0.02~0.07μg/L之间,变异系数在1.09%~3.28%之间,加标回收率为9.0%~107%之间,10种物质的检出限在0.07~0.19μg/L之间.

     

    Abstract: The optimum conditions of determination of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in water by purge-and-trap gas chromatography have been studied, by using HP-1 silicon melting capillary column with big-diameter and thick liquid membrane, 10 different volatile halogenated hydrocarbons were trapped by purge-and-trap method and determined by ECD. The standard derivation and coefficient variation were 0.02~0.07 μg/L and 1.09%~3.28% respectively. The recoveries were ranged from 94.0%~107%. The detection limits were 0.07~0.19 μg/L.
