色谱分离条件对己唑醇对映体手性拆分的影响

Influence of Chromatographic Conditions on Chiral Separation of Hexaconazole

  • 摘要: 在自制的直链淀粉-三(苯基氨基甲酸酯)手性固定相上,成功地拆分了己唑醇对映异构体,系统研究了色谱分离条件对手性拆分的影响.结果发现,流动相中醇的结构及浓度对己唑醇对映异构体的手性拆分均有影响.在所研究温度范围15~40℃内,己唑醇对映体的lnα与1/T关系呈非线性关系,分离温度在15~30℃内,其手性拆分过程受熵控制;分离温度在30~40℃内,其手性拆分过程受焓控制.

     

    Abstract: The chiral separation of the racemic hexaconazole was obtained on amylose (phenylcarbamate) chiral column, which was prepared in authors' lab. The influence of chromatographic conditions on chiral separation was investigated. The results showed that the structure and concentration of alcohol in mobile phase could have a pronounced effect on enantiomeric separation and retention. In the range 15~40℃, a plot of lnα vs. 1/T of racemic hexaconazole was not a straight line. Between 15~30℃, the chiral separation was driven by enthopy. Between 30~40℃, the chiral separation was driven by enthalpy.
