HG-AAS Determination of Mercury in Coating

  • 摘要: 建立了使用流动注射氢化物发生器、KBO4-H2SO4体系使汞还原气化,采用冷原子吸收分光光度法测定涂料中汞的分析方法.在吸收波长253.7 nm处,汞在0~100 ng/mL呈现良好的线性关系,标准曲线的回归方程C=128.60A-3.9200,相关系数γ=0.999;以3SA/S计,方法检出限:0.8 ng/mL;方法精密度RSD<5%.加标回收率在95%~108%.方法自动化程度高,用于涂料中汞的测定,简便、快捷、准确.

     

    Abstract: A method for determining mercury in coating by atomic absorption spectrometry with flow injection hydride generator was established. In the range of 0~100 mg/mL, Mercury obeyed Beer's law. The linear regresion equation was C=128.640A-3.9200,γ=0.9994, RSD of mercury was less than 5%, recoveries 95%~108%, and derection limit 0.8 mg/mL for 3SS/S. It was proued to be an accurate and method result in the analysis of actual samples.
