聚丙烯酸树脂涂层HS-SPME-GC-MS监测城市污水中的芳香烃化合物

Application of Polyacrylate in Determination of Organic Compoundsin Urban Wastewater by SPME-GC-MS

  • 摘要: 采用聚丙烯酸树脂涂层-固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(PA-SPME-GC-MS)联用技术,在优化的萃取条件下检测了城市污水中的苯系物和多环芳烃等芳香烃化合物.该方法的最低检出限达12ng/L水平,相对标准偏差为1.7%~9.8%.

     

    Abstract: Under the optimized condition, the aromatic hydrocarbons benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene (BTEXs) and the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in urban waste water were analyzed by headspace solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)-GC-MS with polyacrylate coating. The fiber detection limits BTEXs and PAHs in aqueous sample are 0.6 ng/mL and 12 pg/mL respectively, the precision ranged from 1.9% to 5.5% and 2.0% to 9.8% (n=6) respectively.
