The Advance of Simulated Moving Bed Technology

    Abstract: Simulated moving bed (SMB) technology as an increasingly used separation and preparation technique is reviewed in this paper. The history of its development and principle operation are introduced in details. The major applications of SMB chromatography are also reviewed.
