The Devolopment of CCD Digital Imaging System for TEM

  • 摘要: 该系统利用计算机信息处理技术、CCD和合理的光路设计对普通的电子显微镜进行了改造,增加了一个图像处理系统,并成功地安装在H600透射电镜上.该系统具有分辨率高、结构紧凑、成本低以及对原电镜结构不做任何改动等优点,可以广泛地用于国内大多数的透射电镜的改造,是进口设备优良的替代品.

     

    Abstract: This paper briefly describes a image transformation system of TEM. A ordinary TEM was transformed by using modern advanced computer information processing technology、CCD and reasonable optical design. we added a image processing system on an ordinary TEM and it was successfully installed in TEM of H-600. The system has advantages such as direct vision, high spectal resolution, compact structure and low cost and it did'nt change the structure of TEM. The system can be widely used in majority of TEM in our country, and it is a good substitute for the similar foreign instrument.
