Determination of Thebaine in Red Poppy by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

  • 摘要: 建立了一种采用辛烷基键合硅胶为填充剂的固相小柱纯化样品,用高效液相色谱对红花罂粟中蒂巴因含量进行测定的方法。对照品在0.01~0.09g/L浓度范围内线性良好,标准曲线的相关系数为0.9992;样品中蒂巴因的平均回收率为100.08%,RSD为0.48%。该测定方法简便快捷,准确度高,可以成为红花罂粟植物的质量控制方法.

     

    Abstract: A method of determining thebaine in red poppy with solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography was developed. There is a good linear relationship within the range of 0.01~0.09 g/L. The correlation coefficient for the thebaine was greater than 0.999 2. The average rate of recovery for the reference substance was 100.08% and the relative standard deviation was 0.48%. The results showed that the proposed method was simple, rapid and accurate. The method has been applied to the determination of the thebaine in red poppy.
