高效液相色谱法测定小儿化痰止咳颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

Determination of Ephedrinehydrochloride in Xiaoer Huatanzhike Granules by HPLC

  • 摘要: 目的: 测定小儿化痰止咳颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量. 方法: 采用高效液相色谱法.色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.02%磷酸二氢钠溶液(含0.1%三乙胺,磷酸调pH 2.7)(5:95)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长210 nm. 结果: 盐酸麻黄碱在0.2~4.0μg范围内具有良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.61%,RSD为0.97%. 结论: 该法可用于小儿化痰止咳颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定.

     

    Abstract: Subiect: to determine the content of ephedrinehydrochloride in xiaoer huatanzhike granules. Methods: The HPLC analysis was carried out on Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mixture of acetonitrile -0.02% sodium dihydrogen phosphate(contain of 0.1% triethylamine,change pH 2.7 with phosphoric acid)(5:95) was used as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Results: The linear range of ephedrinehydrochloride was 0.2~4.0 μg,the average recovery of this method was 98.61% with a RSD of 0.97%. Conclusion: The method can be applied in quantitative determination of the preparation.
