Uncertainties Calcalation of Chemical Analysis Methods

  • 摘要: 实验室化学分析过程中所涉及到的仪器设备和操作步骤主要有玻璃量器、电子天平、紫外-可见分光光度计以及称量、定容、分取稀释、滴定、比色等.分析了测量过程中这些仪器设备所产生的不确定度分量,通过食用植物油常规项目的测量,给出了测量结果不确定度的计算方法,并由此提出了改进实验方法的建议.

     

    Abstract: The main instruments and steps in a chemical analysis programe are volumetric measuring devices(pipets、bottles)、balance、UV-VIS spectrumeter and weighing、fixing volume、dilution、titration、colorimetric estimation etc.The individual uncertainties associated with the instruments and steps are discussed.Through determining the general items in vegetable oil,the uncertainties calculating method are established,and suggestions are given to improve on the measuring methods.
