Purfication and Enrichment of Saikkosaponins with Macroporous Absorption Resin

  • 摘要: 以柴胡皂苷a为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定洗脱液中柴胡皂苷a的含量,考察D-101大孔吸附树脂对柴胡总皂苷的吸附性能和洗脱条件,以柴胡提取液15 mL(0.2 g药材/mL)上柱, 70%的乙醇洗脱,柴胡总皂苷洗脱率为71.83%.且除杂能力强.

     

    Abstract: The absorptive characterstics and elutive parameters of D-101 in the process was studied by using HPLC to monitor saikkosaponins a. The concentrate of crude flavonoids in Bupleurum Chinese DC. 15 mL(0.2 g medicine/mL) was pillared, then the destilled water, 30%,50%,70%,80%, 90% concentration of ethanol solution were used for the 70% ethanol to total saponins in Bupleurum Chinese DC.elution rate was 71.83%.
