The Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation Determination of Chloride Ion in the Water Sample Preparation of a Series of Standards by Ion Chromatography

  • 摘要: 评定了离子色谱法测定水样中氯离子不确定度的来源, 如标准系列配制引起的不确定度、标准系列浓度-峰面积拟合直线引起的不确定度、样品稀释引起的不确定度,计算了不确定度分量及合成不确定度,扩展不确定度为5.7%.

     

    Abstract: The sources of measurements uncertainty on chloride ion in water by ion chromatography were analyzed, including the standard solution preparing, standard solution concentration -peak area fitting curve and diluting solution, and calculated the component and combined standard uncertainty. The expanded uncertainty was 5.7%.
