Determination of Ferulic Acid in Nongsuo Danggui Pills by HPLC

  • 摘要: 建立了浓缩当归丸中阿魏酸的HPLC测定方法.采用C18色谱柱(TSK-GEL, 4.6×150 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸(30∶70∶0.3,V/V/V)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长320 nm.结果阿魏酸在0.006~0.15 μg范围内线性关系良好,r为0.9999,平均加样回收率为96.91%. 本方法可用于浓缩当归丸中阿魏酸的含量监控.

     

    Abstract: A high performance liquid chromatography was developed for the determination of feralic acid in Nongsuo Danggui Pills. HPLC was performed on a Tsk-Gel C18column (4.6×150 mm, 5 μm) using methanol-water-phosphoric acid (30∶70∶0.3,V/V/V) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and 320 nm as the detection wavelength . This method showed a good linear relationship,the mean recovery was 96.91%. This method can be used for the quality control of Nongsuo Danggui Pills.
