氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法自动进样快速测定非金属矿中的硒

Rapid Determination of Selenium in Industrial Minerals by HydrideGeneration Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry with Automatic Sampling

  • 摘要: 采用HF+HClO4+HNO3分解试样,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)测定非金属矿凹凸棒石及泥质岩中的硒.其方法回收率在98.2%~103.0%之间,相对标准偏差为0.95%~5.80%, 方法检出限可达到3.5×10-11 g/mL.经实验证实方法具有简便、快速、 灵敏度高等优点.

     

    Abstract: The sample was dissolved in HF、HClO4 and HNO3,then directly determine selenium of industrial minerals with HG-AFS. The relative stand deviation was 0.95%~5.80% and the recovery was 98.2%~103.0%. The detection limit was 3.5×10-11 g/mL. The method is simple,quick and high sensitivity.
