Combination of Catalytic Spectrophotometry and StandardAddition Method for Determination of Trace Mercury(II) in Waste Water

  • 摘要: 研究催化分光光度法测定水中痕量汞(Ⅱ)的各种干扰因素及消除方法.建立用于测定多组分共存水样中痕量汞(Ⅱ)的催化分光光度加入标准法.以催化分光光度加入标准法测定废水中痕量汞(Ⅱ),其线性范围为3.0×10-3~8.0×10-2 mg/L,加标回收率97.79%~102.78%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.116%,测定结果与原子吸收光谱法相同.

     

    Abstract: This study conducts systematic research into various interference factors and corresponding methods of elimination in the catalytic spectrophotometry for the determination of trace mercury(II). The study aims at a new method for the determination of trace mercury (II) in waste water with multiple ingredients. The wide linear detection ranges from 3.0×10-3 to 8.0×10-2 μg/mL. The recovery is 97.79%~102.78% and the relative standard deviation is 0.116%. The determination result obtained is the same with that of absorption spectrometry.
