Abstract: The hyphenated technique of chromatography coupled with mass spectroscopy、fourier transform infrared spectroscopy、atomic spectroscopy、themal decomposition et al were introduced. The improvement and achievement of the hyphenated chromatographic technique was described and its application was also described.
