FAAS法测定甜茶不同部位的铅和镉

Determination of Pb and Cd in Rubus suavissimus by FAAS

  • 摘要: 甜茶样品的根、茎和叶经烘干、灰化及灼烧,用浓硝酸溶解残渣.利用火焰原子吸收光谱(FAAS)法对溶解液中的重金属元素铅和镉进行了测定.Pb和Cd标准曲线的相关系数分别为0.999 0和0.993 8,相对标准偏差为026%~1.38%,加标回收率为99.3%~101.2%.结果表明所测甜茶的根、茎和叶中Pb的含量均超过国家标准.

     

    Abstract: The root, stem and leaf of Rubus suavissimus sample were ashed, ignited and the residue was dissolved with HNO<3. The amounts of Pb and Cd in the sample were determined by FAAS. Interrelated coefficients of Pb and Cd standard curve were 0.998 4 and 0.993 8 respectively. RSD were in the range of 0.26%~1.38%, and recoveries in the range of 99.3%~101.2%. The result showed that concentrations of Pb in the root, stem and leaf of Rubus suavissimus sample exceeded the limited standards of China.
