Determination of Five Rare Earth Oxides in Catalytic Cracking Catalyst by Fusion Method

  • 摘要: 主要探讨了X射线荧光光谱熔融制样方法测定催化裂化催化剂中分量稀土氧化物的方法.实验建立了相应的工作曲线,并对其精密度和准确度作了考察.熔融制样方法测定不受样品自身物理结构的影响,可以快速准确的测定试样中分量稀土的含量.

     

    Abstract: An X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method with fusion sample preparation technique has been applied to determine the contents of rare earth oxides in catalytic cracking catalyst.The respective working curves were developed,and the corresponding accuracy and precision of the method were inspected during the experiment.The method was rapid and exact,and was not affected by the physical structure of samples after high temperature fusion.
