Allyl Ethyl Ether Polysiloxane as Stationary Phasefor Capillary Gas Chromatography

  • 摘要: 合成了侧链为烯丙基乙基醚的聚硅氧烷气相色谱固定相,静态法涂柱,评价了其色谱性能.该固定相柱效高,易于涂渍,耐温达290℃,分离选择性好,适用于醇类和酯类的分离以及白酒样品的分析.

     

    Abstract: Polysiloxane with allyl ethyl ether as the side chain has been synthesized and used as stationary phase for capillary gas chromatography. The chromatography performance of these columns have been evaluated. The new stationary phase is proved to have high column efficiency and can easily coated using a static method, and its thermostability is up to 270 ℃, which is suitable for the separation of alcohols, esters and white spirit.
