微波消解-ICP/MS测定烤烟中微量元素含量

Determination of Trace Elements in Flue-cured Tobaccoby ICP-MS with Microwave Digestion

  • 摘要: 以3 mL HNO3和2 mL H2O2的混合消解液对烟草样品进行微波消解,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱测定了烤烟中的Mn、Zn、Cu、Se、Ni、Co、Cr、As、Cd、Pb 10种微量元素的含量.结果表明:方法的检出限均低于0.02 μg/g,各元素测定的RSD(n=5)均小于3%,样品加标回收率为97.35%~101.30%.方法消耗试剂少,快速准确,适合烟草中多种微量元素的同时测定.

     

    Abstract: 3 mL of HNO3 and 2 mL of H2O2 were chosen for the sample digestion, 10 trace elements (Mn、Zn、Cu、Se、Ni、Co、Cr、As、Cd、Pb) in flue-cured tobacco samples were determined by ICP-MS with microwave digestion. All the detection limits of 10 elements were less than 0.02 μg/g and all the RSDs(n=5)of elements were less 3%.The recoveries of spiked samples were in the range of 97.35% and 101.30%. The results show that the method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be applied to the analysis of trace elements in flue-cured tobacco.
