环境水中低含量氟化物的离子色谱分析

Analysis of Low Content Fluoride in Environmental Water by Ion Chromatography

  • 摘要: 建立了离子色谱仪测定环境水中氟离子的方法.优化了试验条件,即淋洗液选1.8 mmol/L Na2CO3-1.7 mmol/L NaHCO3,流速0.8 mL/min.试验选择了活性炭作为固体吸附剂,采用固相萃取消除环境水中有可能存在的痕量乙酸对检测F-的干扰.方法的检出限为0.022 2 mg/L,回收率为97.6%~98.9%,相对标准偏差小于2%.结果表明方法处理简单、准确度高,可用于环境水中低含量氟化物的测定.

     

    Abstract: The method of determination of fluoride ions in the environment water by ion chromatography (IC) was established. The experimental conditions were optimized. The eluent was 1.8 mmol/L Na2CO3-1.7 mmol/L NaHCO3 and the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. In the experiment, activated carbon was selected as the solid adsorbent, and solid phase extraction was used to eliminate the interference of trace acetic acid in the environment water. The results showed that the detection limit of the method was 0.022 2 mg/L, the recovery rate was 97.6%~98.9%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 2%. The method is simple and accurate, and could be used for the determination of low-level fluoride in environmental water.
