超声萃取-高效液相色谱法检测塑料玩具中双酚A及其类似物

Determination of Bisphenol A and Its Analogues in Plastic Toys by High Performance Liquid Chromatography Coupled with Ultrasonic Extraction

  • 摘要: 建立了超声萃取-高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定玩具中7种双酚A及其类似化合物的方法. 利用四氢呋喃超声提取塑料玩具中双酚A及其类似物30 min,经甲醇沉淀分离塑料基质. 提取液经浓缩、氮吹,加甲醇定容,采用HPLC外标法进行定量检测. 结果表明,7种双酚A类化合物线性范围为0.1~5.0 mg/L,相关系数均大于0.998 8,方法检出限为0.24~0.72 mg/kg,平均回收率为92.7%~108.7%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~7.1%. 方法简单、快速、准确,可用于塑料玩具中双酚A类化合物的检测.

     

    Abstract: A procedure has been developed to determine 7 compounds of bisphenol A and its analogues in plastic toys by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with ultrasonic extraction. The samples were ultrasonically extracted by tetrahydrofuran for 30 mins and then the plastic matrix was separated by the precipitation with methanol. The extract was concentrated, evaporated by nitrogen, and dissolved in methanol and analyzed by HPLC, using an external standard method. The linear calibration curve was obtained in the range of 0.1~5.0 mg/L with a correlation coefficient over 0.998 8. The quantification limit was 0.24~0.72 mg/kg. And the average recoveries were in the range of 92.7%~108.7% for bisphenol A and its analogues with the relative standard deviations in the range of 1.9%~7.1%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be applied to the determination of the bisphenol and its analogues in plastic toys.
