Abstract: In light of the current situation and problems of low efficiency in the management of a scientific research laboratory, taking the public technology service center of the Institute of Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) as the entity, the application of a project-based management method to the scientific research laboratory management is discussed. By decomposing the system management tasks, management efficiency can be improved, thus new ideas for the efficient development of scientific research laboratory management are provided.
