Study on Effect of Element Content of FeCrAl Alloy on Oxidation Resistance of Coating by X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy and Focused Ion Beam Method

  • 摘要: 利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和聚焦离子束(FIB)技术, 实现对FeCrAl合金涂层在1 200 ℃水蒸气环境下氧化行为的研究. XPS和FIB法可以检测和观测到材料随深度变化的界面层、化学态和真实结构等信息, 具有直观、且信息丰富(含量、化学态及形貌)等优点. 为方法在更广泛的材料体系内的应用提供理论和实践基础.

     

    Abstract: Taking FeCrAl alloy coating as an example, combined with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and focused ion beam (FIB) technology, the oxidation behavior of FeCrAl coating in 1 200 ℃ water vapor environment has been studied. XPS and FIB methods enable the detection and observation of interface layers, chemical states, real structures, and etc. of materials with depth. It has the advantages of intuitive and informative (content, chemical state and morphology). It provides the theoretical and practical basis for the application of the method in a wider material system.
