Exploration of Importance and Construction Initiatives of Quality Management System in Instrumental Analysis Center of Universities and Research Institutes

  • 摘要: 高校和科研院所分析测试中心拥有众多的高精尖仪器设备, 而且学科交叉型人才集聚, 因此大力推进质量管理体系建设不仅可以加强对基础研究的支撑, 同时对产品质量提升、产业优化升级和促进经济社会高质量发展等方面也发挥着重要作用. 从仪器开放共享、基础支撑和引领产业转型升级几个方面分析了质量管理体系建设的重要性, 从重视领导作用、强化"两手抓, 两手都要硬"、加强外部培训、注重培养员工的主人翁意识和积极性及重视内部审核和管理评审几个角度阐述了质量管理体系建设的重要举措.
