Determination of Danshensu in Tongjinglin Granules by HPLC

摘要: 目的: 测定痛经灵颗粒中丹参素的含量. 方法: 采用高效液相色谱法.色谱柱为Kromasil C₁₈柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);水-乙腈-冰醋酸(93:5:2)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长280 nm. 结果: 丹参素在0.5~10μg范围内具有良好线性关系,平均回收率为97.55%,RSD为1.17%. 结论: 该法可用于痛经灵颗粒中丹参素的含量测定.

Abstract: Subject: to determine the content of Danshensu in tongjinglin granules. Methods: The HPLC analysis was carried out on Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mixture of water-acetonitrile-acetic acid(93:5:2)was used as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was at 280nm. Results: The linear range of Danshensu was 0.5～10 μg,the average recovery of this method was 97.55% with a RSD of 1.17%. Conclusion: The method can be applied to quantitative determination of the preparation.
