Exploration on Information Management Mode of Instrument Archives on University Sharing Platform

摘要

摘要: 随着科技的不断发展进步，加强大型仪器档案管理将有助于共享平台仪器的稳定运行和实验的顺利开展. 本着追本溯源的目的，就高校共享平台大型仪器档案管理中存在的问题进行研究. 依托浙江大学医学院公共技术平台网站，探索并创新仪器信息化管理模式. 建立仪器申请、调研、论证、招标、采购、验收、运行维护、报废等全周期的办公自动化（office automation, OA）平台. 建立的OA平台可实现便捷化、科学化、智能化的仪器档案管理模式，以期为高校共享平台仪器档案有效管理提供参考和实现资源共享.

Abstract: With the continuous development of science and technology, strengthening the management of large instrument archives will contribute to the stable operation of shared platform instruments and the smooth conduct of experiments. In order to trace back to the source, the problems existing in the management of large instrument archives on the sharing platform in colleges and universities has been studied. Based on the public technology platform website of School of Medicine of Zhejiang University, the instrument information management mode was explored and innovated. The office automation (OA) platform was established for the whole cycle of instrument application, research, demonstration, bidding, procurement, acceptance, operation and maintenance, scrapping and so on. The established OA platform can realize the convenient, scientific and intelligent instrument file management mode, with a view to provide a reference for the effective management of instrument archives on the sharing platform of colleges and universities and realize resource sharing.
