Abstract:
In order to improve the supervision of grass root agricultural inspection stations on agricultural products of the base, to investigate the status of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables in the Huili planting base, to analyze the quality and safety status of the fruits and vegetables in the base in Huili, 497 base fruits and vegetables samples grown in the bsae of 25 counties in Huili region were collected, and 40 pesticide residues in the samples were detected and analyzed using gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. In the 497 samples, the pesticides were detected for 123 times, in which Cyhalothrin and Chlorpyrifos were detected at most, 32 and 25 times respectively. The detection rate of pesticide residues was high, but the rate of exceeding the standard was small, there were only 2 unqualified samples, the overall qualification rate was 99.6%. Different pesticide contaminations in different fruits and vegetables, the top three detection rates of pesticide residues in vegetables were leafy vegetables, beans and solanaceous fruit vegetables, grapes, plums and peaches occupied the top three detection rates in fruits. The samples with high detection rate of pesticide residues were distributed in spring and summer. Since Chlorpyrifos were frequently detected in vegetables in the base of the region, therefore, the scope of its use should be publicized to farmers, and these pesticides should not be used in again vegetable production. It is necessary to increase the inspection and disposal of the banned and restricted pesticides, strictly control the pesticide production and sales supervision, improve the quality and safety of agricultural products in the planting bases.
