Automatic Generating Test Report Based on Visual Basic

  • 摘要: 实验室通常以检测报告、校准证书或抽样报告的形式提供测试结果. 实验室应准确、清晰、明确和客观地出具测试结果,并且所有出具的报告应作为技术记录予以保存. 为减轻检测人员因出具检测报告过程繁琐所带来的压力,以Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0为开发工具,通过Visual Basic(VB)对Excel数据进行操作,构建了一个分析测试报告自动编制的软件,能快速、准确的编制分析测试报告. 对仪器设备得到的数据,在Excel中进行复制和粘贴,不需要通过数据库转存,保证了报告编制程序运行的可靠性. 程序提高了报告生成的工作效率,使得分析报告格式标准化,便于归档留存,保证其具有可追溯性.
