  • 摘要: 为解决双光子活体显微成像试验中样本固定的问题,研制了一套适用于多种不同模式的小动物固定装置,能根据动物的大小进行灵活调整适配,可对小动物不同感兴趣区域(如脑部、腹部、四肢等)进行固定,确保成像过程中焦面的稳定,并可以对成像的位置进行定位,保证长时间、多时间节点的稳定成像. 装置简单易加工、成本低,能广泛适用,为活体成像提供了一种多功能的活体小动物固定方法,能够帮助研究人员完成大部分麻醉状态下小动物活体试验.

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of sample fixation in two photon intravital imaging, a set of small animal fixation device suitable for a variety of different modes has been developed. The device can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the animal, and can suitable for fixing different regions of interest (such as brain, abdomen, limbs, etc.) of small animals to ensure the stability of the imaging, and located the imaging position for long time and multiple nodes imaging. The device is low-cost, easily productive and broadly suitable, which provides a multifunctional immobilization method of intravital imaging for small animals. The solution will extremely help researchers to promote the quality of most intravital experiments on small animals under anesthesia status.
