Rapid Determination of Ortho-phenylphenol in Wooden Toys by GC-MS

  • 摘要: 使用气相色谱-质谱法快速、简单、有效检测木制玩具中邻苯基苯酚的含量. 使用甲醇超声萃取,乙酸酐乙酰化对样品预处理,采用气相色谱-质谱技术进行检测. 研究结果显示,方法对邻苯基苯酚的检测线性范围为0.1~4.0 mg/L,检出限为0.01 mg/L,添加回收率为85%~101%,相对标准偏差为3.29%和3.52%. 表明方法不仅可以用于检测木制玩具中邻苯基苯酚,也可以用于其它材料中邻苯基苯酚的分析.

     

    Abstract: A simple and effective method has been developed for the rapid determination of ortho-phenylphenol (OPP) in wooden toys using GC-MS technique. The sample was firstly extracted with methanol by ultrasonication, followed by an acetylating with acetic anhydride, and finally analyzed using GC-MS. It was found that the linearity of OPP by this method was ranged from 0.1 mg/L to 4.0 mg/L, its detection limit was as low as 0.01 mg/L. The recoveries were ranged from 85%~101% with RSD of 3.29% and 3.52%. The results indicated that the method is not only suitable for detecting OPP in wooden toys, but also has the potential application in analysis of OPP in other materials.
