  • 摘要: 用反相高效液相色谱法测定了知母及其制剂中的菝葜皂甙元,建立了中药及制剂中菝葜皂甙元测定的色谱方法.为知母及其制剂的质量评价提供了一种新的分析方法.

     

    Abstract: Sarsasapogenin in Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge and its preparation were separated and determined by RP-HPLC.The chromatographic condition are,ODS column with methanol as mobile phase and eluatds monitored with a RID-6A detector.This study provides scientific basis for the evaluation of the Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge and the quality control of preparation.
