SSDesign and Application of New Carrier Based PVC Membrane Salicylate-Sensitive Electrode

  • 摘要: 报导了以三苄基锡辛酸酯为中性载体的一种溶剂聚合膜阴离子敏感电极的研制.该电极对水杨酸根离子的电位响应具有优良的选择性和灵敏度.在pH5.5的缓冲体系中,电极的线性响应范围为10-1~5×10-6mol/L,斜率为-57.6mV/dec.(22℃).该电极响应时间短,且具有良好的稳定性和重现性,为药物及生理试样中水杨酸根离子的测定提供了一种新的可靠手段.

     

    Abstract: A solvent polymeric membrane anion-sensitive electrode based on tribenzyltin octanoate as the neutral carrier is reported.The sensor exhibits uniquese lectivity and high sensitivity toward salicylate ion.It gives linear response over the concentration range 1.0×10-1~5.0×10-6 mol/L and a response slope of -57.6mV/dec.(at 22℃) in buffer solutions of pH5.5.The electrode displays fast response,Stability and repeatability so it is potentially useful for estimating salicylate levels in pharmaceutical and biological samples.
