TLC/FTIR for Determination of Curcuma Components

  • 摘要: 报导了在Analect公司出品的RFX-65型仪器上用TLC/FTIR联用系统,对姜黄的甲醇提取物进行测定,得到5个组份。经TLC分离后用FTIR同步鉴定,其红外光谱图较为满意,并对影响TLC/FTIR测定的因素进行了讨论。

     

    Abstract: Analect RFX-65 chromalect TLC/FTIR system was used to analyze the methanol extract of curcuma. Infrared spectra of five components of curcurna were obtained. The infrared spectra were satisfactory, and the influence factors of TLCFTIR determination were discussed. The sample can be simultaneously TLC separated and IR identified.
