Rapid Determination of Nicotine in Tobacco by Gas Chromatography

  • 摘要: 建立了烟草中烟碱的快速气相色谱分析方法.该方法以喹啉为内标,采用HPINNOWAX(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)色谱柱.线性范围为0.0899~1.7980mg/mL(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.33%,RSD为1.79%.

     

    Abstract: A sensitive and precise method for determination the content of nicotine in tobacco was established by gas chromatography. The quinoline is used as internal standard, and the capillary column is a HP-INNOWAX(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm), and the detector is NPD. A good linearity was obtained from 0.0899 mg/mL to 1.798 mg/mL(r=0.9998). The average recovery was 99.33%, RSD was 1.79%.
