高效液相色谱法测定木瓜素含片中木糖醇的含量

Determination of Xylitor in Papaya Element Tabulett by HPLC

摘要: 用高效液相色谱法测定木瓜素中木糖醇的方法，采用Waters碳水化合物柱（4.6 mm×250 mm），用乙腈∶水（85∶15）作为流动相，示差检测器检测.该方法平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为2.2%，操作简便，结果满意.

Abstract: Xylitor in papaya element tabulett was determined by HPLC, using waters carbohydrate cartridge 4.6 ×250 mm column, acetonitrile: water (85∶15) as mobile phase, with differential refractometer R401. The average recovery rate of method is 99.0%, and RSD is 2.2%. The method is simple, and the result is accurate.
