Evaluation of Uncertainty of Methods of Determinationfor Benzoyl Peroxide in Wheat Flour

  • 摘要: 利用小麦粉中的过氧化苯甲酰定量检测方法和有代表性的小麦粉样品的实验数据,通过不确定度来源的分析,运用现代误差理论,研究了气相色谱法测定小麦粉中的过氧化苯甲酰的不确定度的评价方法.实验表明小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰的浓度为0.068 5 g/kg,扩展因子k为2时,总不确定度UC为0.013 1 g/kg.

     

    Abstract: Using GC procedure for estimation of measurement uncertainty for the determination of the benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour. The evaluation was achieved by analysis of the uncertainty sources arising from the procedure of analysis and by calculation of standard uncertainty according to the equations of statistics. The concentration of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour is 0.068 5 g/kg,and expanded factor K is equal to 2. Overall Expanded Uncertainty is 0.0131 g/kg.
