High Performance Liquid Chromatography for Determinationof BTPP Content in Refrigerant Oil

  • 摘要: 将正相高效液相色谱法用于冷冻油中抗磨剂(BTPP)含量测定研究,建立了抗磨剂(BTPP)含量的快速分离检测方法.使用氨基键合相分析柱,以二氯甲烷∶正庚烷(80∶20,V/V)二元混合溶剂为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,于262 nm波长处检测.最低检测限为0.026 1%,相关系数在0.999 9以上.BTPP加标回收率为100±3.0%(n=4),日内测定结果的相对标准偏差RSD小于2.0%(n=8),方法快速、准确、重现性好,不需要复杂的样品预处理,实用性强,对环境污染小.

     

    Abstract: Normal-phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography Method was applied in the research of anti-scuff agent (BTPP) content in refrigerant oil determination, and established the rapid segregation test method of BTPP content. Use the amino-linkage phase analytical column, the dichloromethane:n-heptane (80∶20,V/V) binary mixture solvent as mobile phase, flow rate is 1.0 mL/min, then tests in 262 nm wavelength. The lowest detection limit is 0.0261%, correlation coefficient is above 0.9999. The percent recovery of BTPP by adding standard substance is 100±3.0%(n=4), the measurement result of relative standard deviation RSD in one day is below 2.0%(n=8), this method is rapid, accurate and good repeatability, it needn’t complicated sample pretreatment, it also has good practicability and it is less pollution.
