Expansion of Data Output Function of Rigaku D/Max-2400 X-Ray Diffractometer

  • 摘要: 简单介绍了D/Max-2400粉末X射线衍射仪实验数据输出的2种不同方法。分别阐述在Dos命令下和利用操作软件如何进行实验数据的输出以及详细的操作过程。对解决国内外同类衍射仪实验数据输出问题具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。

     

    Abstract: Two different methods for the experimental data output obtained on an Rigaku D/Max-2400 powder X-ray diffractometer were developed in this paper. How to explore the experimental data as well as the detailed operation process under the condition of Dos command and with the software were demonstrated respectively. The introduction of these two methods is of certain significance and referential value for the experimental data output obtained with the same kind of X-ray diffractometer.
