Establishment and Maintenance of Interactive Analysis Platform of cLC/UHPLC Coupled with LTQ-Orbitrap Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 利用外部触发装置实现了毛细液相和超高效液相与静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(LTQ-Orbitrap XL)的交互联用,建立了全方位的液相色谱-质谱联用分析以及液相色谱多级串联质谱联用分析平台.通过平台的应用大大提高了大型仪器的使用效率,促进了公共仪器平台的科研服务能力.

     

    Abstract: The interactive use of the capillary liquid chromatography(cLC)/ultra high-performance liquid chromatography(UHPLC) coupled with linear ion trap/Orbitrap mass spectrometry(LTQ-Orbitrap XL) was realized by an external trigger device. A full range analysis platform of liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and liquid chromatography coupled with tandem-mass spectrometry (LC-MSn) is established. The application of this platform greatly improves the efficiency of the use of large scale equipment, and promotes the research and service capabilities of the public instrument platform.
