UPLC-ESI-MS法测定贞芪扶正胶囊中毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、红景天苷和黄芪甲苷的含量

UPLC-ESI-MS Method for Rapid Quantification of Rhodioside, Calycosin-7-O-β-D-Glucosideand Astragaloside IV in Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsule

摘要: 建立了超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联三重四级杆质谱法（UPLC-ESI-MS）同时测定贞芪扶正胶囊中红景天苷、毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷和黄芪甲苷含量的方法.采用UPLC-ESI-MS联用法，乙腈和0.3%甲酸水溶液不同比例梯度洗脱，流速0.3 mL/min，12 min内可完成测试，且线性关系良好（r²>0.999）.方法简便、准确、可靠、重复性好，可用于贞芪扶正制剂的质量控制.

Abstract: The quantitative method of isoflavonids, phenylpropanoids and saponin in Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule was established using the ultra-pressure liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-ESI-MS) method. ACN and 0.3% formic acid water were used as the mobile phase by gradient elution, with a detection time of 12 min, and a good linear correlation of r²>0.999. It was proved that the method is simple, accurate, reliability with good repeatability that can be used as quality control for Zhenqi Fuzheng capsule.
