红外碳硫分析仪测定白云石中硫含量测量不确定度的评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement of Sulfur Content in Dolomite by Infrared Carbon Sulfur Analyzer

  • 摘要: 建立了红外碳硫分析仪测定白云石中硫含量测量结果不确定度数学模型.通过对不确定度分量的计算分析,求得了该检测方法的合成标准不确定度和扩展确定度.结果表明,方法的检测结果可信度较高,适于白云石中硫含量的测定.

     

    Abstract: The mathematical model of uncertainty in the determination of sulfur content in dolomite by infrared carbon sulfur analyzer was established. Through the calculation and analysis of the uncertainty component, the uncertainty of the synthetic standard and the extension of the detection method were obtained. The results showed that the method is of high reliability and is suitable for the determination of sulfur content in dolomite.
