Ferroelectric Relaxor Behaviour of Ca、Bi Doped Ba0.67Sr0.33TiO3 Ceramics

  • 摘要: 通过低成本固相法制备了Ca、Bi掺杂Ba0.67Sr0.33TiO3陶瓷.利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和阻抗分析仪分析技术,详细研究了Ca、Bi掺杂Ba0.67Sr0.33TiO3陶瓷的弛豫特性.研究发现Ca、Bi掺杂使BST陶瓷呈现显著的铁电弛豫行为,且随着掺杂量的增加,介电峰弥散程度和弛豫强度逐渐增强.

     

    Abstract: Ca、Bi doped Ba0.67Sr0.33TiO3 ceramics were prepared using the lowcost solid phase method. The relaxor characteristics have been investigated by TEM and complex impedance spectroscopy analysis. The results showed that Ba0.67Sr0.33TiO3 ceramics exhibit distinct ferroelectric relaxor behaviors by doping Ca、Bi, and with the increase of Ca、Bi content, the diffusion of the dielectric peak and the degree of relaxor characteristics also increased.
